When: 2PM (viewing starts at noon) on August 16th
Auctions are held the third Thursday of each month. Gates open at noon to review vehicles. Bidding begins promptly at 2 o’clock. Each bidder must register to obtain a bidder number for the fee of $10. The cost of the bidder number will be deducted from any purchase made. All vehicles purchased must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale date or vehicles will be impounded and the purchaser will be charged for storage at the rate of $25 per day until all monies due are paid in full. The Bill of Sale is valid for 30 days. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that vehicle(s) purchased are taken out of the registered owners name. PAYMENT for all purchases are due by 5:00 p.m. the day of sale. We accept cash and major credit cards. Checks are accepted ONLY if pre-approved prior to sale and the amount does not exceed $2,000.00. Any check returned to us for insufficient funds will be charged $100. Abertson Towing retains the right to bid on any item offered in the auction. VEHICLES ARE NOT STREET LEGAL UNTIL YOU’VE TAKEN YOUR APPROVED TITLE 42 TO A TAG AGENCY AND OBTAINED A REGISTRATION. Abertson Towing does sell the services of preparing and submitting Title 42 Paperwork for vehicles purchased that are not listed as “Salvage Only”. Abertson Towing is not responsible for the success of the paperwork filing, paperwork lost in transit, return of paperwork, acceptance of paperwork by the State of Oklahoma, or time period of the paperwork’s turnaround. NO REFUND will be given on the Title 42 Paperwork rejected by the State of Oklahoma. Abertson Towing is not responsible for any damages that may occur after the vehicle is purchased or prior to the vehicle being removed from the premises.
EACH SALE LIST IS UPDATED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE AUCTION DATE.
Due to a family illness there will be no auction in Sept.
